  1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Kosmos has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 
  1. IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
    We offer returns for all orders within 14 days of delivery.
    If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or other items. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy page. 
  1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@kosmosmia.com. If your order has not been shipped but a tracking number has been created, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the cost of shipping already incurred.

    If your order has already been shipped you will have to wait until it has arrived and then email us to initiate the return.
  1. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ORDER?
    If you believe you have received incorrect or defective items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team via email at info@kosmosmia.com immediately with your #JW order number so we can try to rectify the problem for you asap.
